I am Kypros Portokalides and I believe that for more than half a century our country has been following a wrong path. We keep repeating the same mistakes, if we don't change our mentality, here and now.

For 51 years, our state has been failing to progress. This failure is due to the Constitution that was imposed on us in 1960, with the intervention of the British and the consent of the Turks, but also the signing of our own political leadership. A group of people who determined, and continue to determine, our destiny.

The same people and their descendants continue to benefit from this situation, which was created to serve specific interests. The Constitution signed in 1960 was, from its inception, doomed to fail.

The powers they maintain are excessive, centralized and, unfortunately, catastrophic for our country. The results are visible to everyone
